Junior Wiggins Retires

Shackelford Funeral Directors • September 14, 2015

Vernon A. Wiggins, Jr., referred to simply as “Junior” by those who knew him, has retired from Shackelford Funeral Directors in Selmer effective August 15 th . Mr. Wiggins began his employment with Shackelford’s on April 6, 1998. Prior to that he was employed by what was then McNairy County General Hospital. “Junior has been a valued employee and member of our family for over 17 years,” stated Robert Shackelford. “His good nature, sense of humor, and friendly smile will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all his fellow co-workers and friends. We wish the very best for Junior as he begins a new part of his life’s journey.”
