Baily Ann Massano

Baily Ann Massano passed away on January 11, 2025, at UC Health in Aurora, Colorado. She was 28 years old.

Baily was born on March 19, 1996, in Delta, Colorado to Karri Ann (Gariner) McLeod and Stephan William Massano Jr. She grew up in Delta, Colorado and graduated from Delta High School in 2014. She continued her education at the Delta Vo-Tech and graduated with her CNA license and Cosmetology license. She had a special talent for makeup and eyelashes.

She met the love of her life when they were kids and started dating in the year of 2021. His name is Casey Barnes.

She has been a resident of the Western Slope for 28 years. Her chosen career path was cosmetology. When not working she enjoyed doing makeup and hair for her best friends’ photography business. She loved spending time with her family, she loved going to her brother’s games, loved going to brandings and riding horses, She loved the mountains and the ocean, and to travel.

Some of the most memorable things are things we hear, and she always said to the love of her life: “I love you, I win.” This was said every night, even when she was intubated, she answered with a shake of her head.

Baily is survived by the love of her life, Casey Barnes; her brothers, Kylar W. Massano and Cayden McLeod; her niece, Jovi Rain Massano; her parents; Stephan W. Massano and Karri McLeod; her stepdad, Custer McLeod; maternal grandparents, Frank and Pam Gariner; and her paternal grandmother, Ila Massano.
