Jack Duane Pullins, 88, of Delta, Colorado passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on August 19th, 2023.  Jack was born in Bixby, SD on June 19th, 1935, to Joseph and Gertrude (Schommer) Pullins and lived in Sturgis for most of his younger years and also attended high school there.

On April 7th, 1957, Jack married the love of his life, Darlene Sorenson, in Sturgis, SD, and together they had 3 children; Duane, Dewight, and Bart.  Jack worked as an iron worker most of his life moving his family from job site to job site until finally settling down in Maple Lake, MN where they resided until his retirement in 1995.  Jack and Darlene traveled all over until settling down in Quartzsite, AZ for several years and then moved to Delta, CO in 2018.  Jack enjoyed hunting, fishing, bird watching, traveling, reading, tinkering on projects and spending time with his family.  Jack is survived by his wife Darlene of 66 years, sons Duane (Debbie), Bart (Shanda), sister Juanita and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and 1 great great grandaughter.  Jack is preceded in death by son Dewight, two brothers, and his parents.
