Jacqueline Kathleen Wadell

Jackie Wadell, daughter of John and Margaret Ulinger passed away December 12, 2023 in Delta, Colorado.  She was 79 years old.

Jackie is survived by her 3 children Allen, James, Dawn (Tom); 5 grandchildren Calvin (Angie), Levi, Kali, Nicholas, Ben; and 1 great grandchild Bradley.

Jackie was born in Buffalo, NY.   She was raised by her parents in upstate New York along with 8 brothers and sisters; Jim, Ginger, Joanie, Joyce, Tim, Terry, Kim, and John. Music was always a family past time in the Ulinger home and remained a passion throughout Jackie’s life.  She was a talented singer, songwriter and bass player working many years in Arizona and other states. 

Jackie enjoyed visits with family, helping her sons on their many hunting trips, precious times she spent with her grandchildren, gardening, crocheting and being in the outdoors of Western Colorado where she called home for the past 26 years. 

Always the adventurer, Jackie was first of her siblings to go flying off to heaven.  We know she’s there now singing with the angels. Jackie was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend.  She will be dearly missed by all those who loved her.

Her immediate family will hold a private service Monday December 18th, 2023 at Taylor Funeral Service, followed by her burial at Cedaredge Cemetery.
