Kathy Diane (Dent) Randall

Kathy was born to Charles “Eddy” and Kathleen Dent in Hoisington Kansas on January 21, 1953. She was the oldest of four children. As a child Kathy and her family moved to the front range of Colorado. It was at Sphinx Park outside of Conifer Colorado that she met Whiskey, a Chinese Pug that belonged to Ron Randall. After a lengthy courtship of about one month, Ron and Kathy were wed on July 16, 1971. Kathy and Ron had two children, Rowdy and Love. In 1986 Kathy and her family moved to the western slope, Cedaredge, and Delta Colorado. Kathy and Ron then became foster parents to Jimmy. Kathy retired from Walmart. She loved animals and loved going to yard sales. She accepted and loved all. If you happened to get on her bad side, she would threaten to “thunk” you. Her greatest treasure was her marriage to Ron. They renewed their vows on July 16, 1996, in honor of their 25^th anniversary. They celebrated their 52^nd wedding anniversary this year. Her last request was to remarry the love of her life. Kathy was proceeded in death by both her parents, Eddy and Kathleen Dent, and her baby sister Dawn Reher and foster son Jimmy Edenbo. Kathy is survived by her husband Ron Randall of Delta Colorado. Son Rowdy Randall and wife Misty of Rock Springs Wyoming, and their children. Daughter Love and husband Jerry Sandoval of Delta Colorado and their children. In all Kathy had eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Kathy has two surviving siblings, Wade Dent of Elizabeth Colorado, and Debbie Greenlee of Tennessee. A Celebration of Life will be held in Orchard City at the Park Pavilion (11245 2100Road Orchard City Colorado 81410) at 11:00am on September 16, 2023.
