Kimberlie Hope Archuleta
Kimberlie Hope Archuleta, 33, was carried to heaven on Sunday, October 31, 2021. She lived in Eckert, Colorado.
Kimberlie was born April 27, 1988 in Delta, Colorado to Dina McCollough and Fred Archuleta. She attended schools in Delta, Colorado and worked at Great Beginnings Early Childhood Center.
While Kimberlie had no children of her own. She was a devoted aunt to her nieces and nephews whom she loved to care for, and she was a favorite of theirs.
Kimberlie became a born-again follower of Christ on December 2, 2018, which began a time of searching the scriptures and finding books that helped her grow in her faith. She began sharing that faith with those most precious to her: her family, with many joining her and her mom to fill a big section of the church.
Though some have commented that it is inconsistent with her faith, Kimberlie was an enthusiastic Raiders football fan and could frequently be seen in her favorite colors, Raiders black and silver.
Kimberlie is survived by her grandmother Lala; mother- Dina; sister- Danielle Archuleta (Dylan Doyle) and their children- Dominick and Danika; sister- Breanna Archuleta Ortega (Chris) and their children- Alex and Olivia; brother- Fred Archuleta; and lots of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Kimberlie was predeceased by her father; grandparents- Leo (Jose) Archuleta, Adina McCollough, Billy McCollough Sr.; two uncles- Jose and Ricky.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 13, at Delta Christian Church, 795 1600 Road in Delta.
