Marvin Don Hall Jr., passed away Saturday, March 6th, 2021, at his residence in Cedaredge, Colorado. He was 56 years of age.
A celebration of his life will be held Monday, March 15th, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., at the First Baptist Church in Cedaredge (370 W. Main St.), followed by interment at Riverside Cemetery in Hotchkiss, Colorado. A reception will be held after the interment at First Baptist Church in Cedaredge.
Marvin was born July 14th, 1964 to Susan E. (Ramm) and Marvin Don Hall, Sr. in Oakland (Alameda County), CA. Marvin grew up on the Western Slope and graduated from Hotchkiss High School in 1983. He spent many years in Denver and made his way back to Cedaredge in the last two years.
Marvin was an avid fisherman, loved gardening, enjoyed cooking, spending time with his cats and was a huge fan of Star Trek. He was a loving Brother and caretaker to both his mother and sister before their passing.
Marvin is survived by his sisters Claudia Lopez (Ricky) of Cedaredge and Sherrol Hall of Denver. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Marvin was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Brenda Hall.
The family suggests memorial contributions in lieu of flowers to the First Baptist Church of Cedaredge, Colorado.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Taylor Funeral Service and Crematory.
