Martha Mierra

Martha M. Mierra passed away on November 11, 2024 at the Willow Tree nursing home in Delta, Colorado.

Martha was born January 7, 1943 to Dorothy and Guy Templeton.

Martha was a beloved mother, accomplished Real Estate Agent and cherished friend.

She was a respected member of the Friend's of Bill Church in Delta, Colorado and her life she had a positive influence on many people she met and others that lived in the community.

She looked forward to her weekly meetings there and spending her time visiting friends.

She took pleasure in her house and property, the Uncompahgre river in Delta,  writing, enjoying nature and the fireworks in July. 

She is proceeded in death by her first husband, Eugene K. Tunks; second husband, Florentino Mierra; her son, Monte Eugene Tunks; her daughter, Carma Lynn Tunks Reed.

She is survived by her son, Frederick G Tunks and his wife, Inga Harris-Tunks of Cadiz Kentucky; son, Keith  A  Tunks; and daughter, Shawna M Tunks of Delta, Colorado; stepdaughter, Lorna Mannon; and granddaughter, Emily Tunks of Dinosaur, Colorado and several other grandchildren and great grandchildren 

Service's for Martha will be held at the First Baptist Church in Delta Colorado 1250 Pioneer Rd, Delta, CO 81416
