Paul Edward Coney

Paul Edward Coney, age 84, of Cedaredge, CO, peacefully passed away on November 9, 2024. He will be greatly missed by his family & friends.

Paul was born September 28, 1940, to Alvin Joseph Sr. and Vivian Chasez Coney in New Orleans, LA. Paul was married to his wife, Susan, for 42 years. They lived in Cedaredge, Colorado for the past 30 years. 

Paul began with a paper route at 9 years old! Amongst many endeavors.

Paul was a Sergeant on the Army Medical Team for 23 years. He was a business owner. He served as a trustee in Cedaredge, CO. and retired at the age of 42. 

Paul had a great sense of humor and had a whirlpool of knowledge. He loved football, politics and loved to travel.

He is survived by his wife, Susan; a brother, Michael Coney; his two daughters, Debbie Robin and Wendi Cruice; his stepson, Pete Cannizzaro; five grandchildren & two great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life & Mass will be held at 2pm, Monday, November 18th, 2024.
