Petria Rose Germann

Petria Rose Germann, age 71, of Delta, Colorado, passed away on April 23, 2025. Born on February 4, 1954, in Delta, Colorado, to Rose Kinterknecht and Peter Kramer, Petria met her husband, Ronald Lynn Germann, at Olathe High School. They were married on December 30, 1971, and celebrated 53 wonderful years together. Petria was a devout Catholic throughout her life.

Petria dedicated 38 years to City Market, where she held various positions, including Store Manager at several locations and ultimately District Coordinator. In her free time, she cherished moments spent with family, particularly enjoying family dinners and coffee with her sisters. During her retirement, Petria also found great joy in traveling and camping with her husband.

Petria is survived by her loving husband, Ron Germann; her daughter, Janelle (Chris) Kelley; and her son, Justin (Marci) Germann. She will be dearly missed by her grandchildren: Austin Germann, Cheyanne Germann, Peter Germann, Nathanael Kelley, Olivia Kelley, and Anderson Kelley. Petria is also survived by her four sisters: Donna Fix, Yvonne Grimsley, Gertrude Worline, and Debbie Wilcox.

Petria will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her dedication to her work and her family, and the joy she found in simple pleasures like time spent with family and loved ones. Her kindness and warmth touched many lives, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

The Rosary and viewing will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Taylor Funeral Home in Delta, Colorado. The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Delta, Colorado.
