Tammy Lynn McCarty

Tammy McCarty gained her wings on Oct 5, 2024 at 1am at the age of 61. She died of complications due to congestive heart failure 

Tammy had a quirky, welcoming, and fun personality and an amazing ability to always put people at ease. She believed in family and it was her favorite part of life. Tammy also enjoyed working. She worked with her friends for 10 years at Canyon Cleaners in Montrose Colorado. She also worked for Wal-Mart for 22 years; she started out in Montrose and transferred to Delta she also enjoyed traveling to the many different Wal-Marts in Colorado and helping do re-models. Tammy will be missed by her family and all the friends she met in life.

Per her wishes there will not be a funeral or a memorial service. She would just want you to keep her in your hearts and treasure the memories you made with her.

She is preceded in death by her parents Shirely VanDerPuil and Ronald Mease and her Bonus dad Ronald VanDerPuil. She is survived by her Brothers Wayne Mease, James VanDerPuil, her sister Debbie Greene. Her husband John children Charlene, Mellissa, Lody, Garry six granddaughters Tiffany, Kaylynn, Shental, Katie, Jamee, and Erma and 1 great grandson Kobe.
